How to be a person in commitment ?
Yes, you must be ever had a hardest part of your life when you are trying to be a person in commitment, but yourself didn’t admit it.
Yes, Everyone must be ever had.
Sometimes, when we already have an intention to do something. Suddenly, we just throw it away, forgetting, or even pretend knows nothing.
Yes. Intentions are just intentions, Then, the reality is depends on our action. Whether we will do it or just in our mind. If we are really serious, directly our mind guiding to do our purposes.
Sometimes, we could do the commitment. We could tough for one day, three days, until a week. Then after that we are back into a daily habit. And permit our weakness come into a surface.
So, how could we changes into a real stable person, a real commitment one?

Commonly, human’s habit is finding a happiness and avoid a sadness
Ok, I think you all got it what I’m saying just now. Already got it, guys? not yet?
Well, Let me give you all a clue about “finding a happiness and avoid a sadness.
The first thing you should know is about rewards and punishment.
This is an example :
I have a problem with sleep, wake up in the morning for sure. So I make my sleep rules.
If I wake up early morning at 06.00 o’clock, so I could eat a great breakfast with additional beverages. Or I could going somewhere for have fun at noon.( This is the rewards)
But If I’m late, I should do “jumping” 50 times in first day I’ve made a rules.
Second day, if I’m still late so I should do “jumping” 100 times.
200 times on third day if I’m still late. I make it double in everyday.
And so on and so on.. ( And this is what I call punishment)
Second step is :
As possible as you can, put your rule’s print out in every place, so you can see anytime.
Third step is:
You should tell the rules to your closest person.
So they’re can help to remind you, made you feel ashamed when you’re trying to neglect your duty and commitment, or even punish you too when you are in a wrong way.
Keep your commitment and you will be a discipline one.
